About Stratforth

What is Stratforth?

A data platform for risk and operations teams. It combines your data and risk feeds, shapes them with pipelines, scripts and AI, shows the results on maps and dashboards, and turns them into decisions and actions.

Who is it for?

Teams that answer for what happens in the physical world: risk, operations, security, supply chain, compliance and audits, and field teams. See the use cases.

Is it only for risk management?

No. Risk is the flagship, but the engine is general: pipelines, objects, rules and decisions work the same on incidents, vehicles, equipment, stock or suppliers.

Data, rules and decisions

How does data get in?

You upload it, stream it as events happen, push it from your own systems, or have your registers send their changes so they stay in sync. Outside risk feeds arrive the same way. Every source becomes versioned objects with lineage.

Does Stratforth provide risk data?

Yes. Stratforth has its own open-source-intelligence (OSINT) risk feed, with geopolitical analysis and impact assessments: what an event means for your sites, people, routes and suppliers. You can use it alongside your own sources.

How do staff and traveller check-ins work?

When a serious incident is reported near your field staff or travellers, everyone within the distance you set is asked to check in automatically. Anyone who does not answer is escalated to the security focal point or duty manager, and the map shows who has confirmed they are safe. Risk areas can come from Stratforth's OSINT feed and from your own security information.

Do I need to write code?

No. Pipelines are built from visual blocks and rules are set in a form. SQL and Python are there when a step needs them.

What can a rule watch for?

A value crossing a threshold, a field changing, a location entering a zone, data going missing, a new record appearing, or a pattern repeating.

Who decides what happens?

You do, rule by rule. A rule can act automatically, be AI-assisted, or be held for a named person. With AI you choose again: it recommends and a person decides, or it decides and acts within limits you set. A held decision escalates if nobody answers, and everything is recorded.

Can rules change my data?

Yes, if you allow it. Each change is a new version with lineage back to the rule, never a silent overwrite.

How do you stop a rule misfiring?

Every rule is simulated against your data before it is switched on. There are kill switches for one rule and for your whole organisation, and a ceiling on how many actions rules may raise.

How do I know where an alert came from?

Each alert links to the data version that triggered it, each version names the run and sources that built it, and each action keeps an append-only history.

What does the AI do?

It drafts rules and pipelines from a plain sentence, works as a step inside pipelines, summarises patterns and recommends next steps. Where you allow it, it also takes decisions and acts within limits you set. A person reviews and switches on what it drafts.

Security and hosting

Where is my data hosted?

In the EU.

Is my data kept apart from other clients' data?

Yes. Each client is a separate tenant with its own database, storage and sign-in realm. See Security.

Does Stratforth hold passwords to my systems?

No. Your systems push data with keys you issue and can revoke, so the credentials to your systems stay with you.

How do people sign in?

Administrators sign in with a second factor: a passkey or an authenticator code.

Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?

No. We hold no security certification and describe our architecture plainly instead.

Can I run it on my own servers?

No. Stratforth is a hosted service used in a web browser.

Buying

How much does it cost?

We do not publish pricing. Talk to us about what you need.

How do I get a demo?

Email contact@stratforth.com with a line about the data you keep and what you want to know sooner. We demonstrate on invented data, never on a client's.

See it on your own kind of data.
