# Stratforth > Stratforth is a data platform for risk and operations teams. It combines your sources and risk feeds, shapes them with pipelines, scripts and AI, shows the results as live objects on maps and dashboards, and turns them into decisions and actions: taken automatically, or held for the right person to approve. Stratforth is a software company that makes Stratforth, a data platform that risk and operations teams use to combine their data, decide on it and act. Website: https://stratforth.com/. Contact: contact@stratforth.com. Stratforth does more than hold data: it puts it to work, so the right actions are done quickly and correctly and the right people are informed. Five steps. Combine (your sources and risk feeds), shape (pipelines, with scripts and AI inside them, creating new data), see (live objects on maps and dashboards, with their history), decide (rules that act automatically or hold for a person to approve), act (tasks, alerts and updates to other systems, each recorded). Teams work in its modules every day: risk inputs, audits and inspections, assets and the map, pipelines and AI, decisions and actions. Risk management is the flagship use case; the same engine serves operations, security, supply chain, compliance and audits, and field teams. Key facts: - Combine: data is uploaded, streamed, pushed from other systems with keys the client issues and can revoke, or kept in sync with its source. Outside risk feeds (weather warnings, geopolitical and travel advisories, security incidents) arrive the same way. - Shape: pipelines are built on a visual canvas from blocks (join, filter, calculate, score, measure distance), with SQL or Python scripts and AI steps inside them. Their output is new data. - See: sites, assets, vehicles, shipments, people and other records become versioned objects, shown on a live map with risk zones and on dashboards. Every version records the run and the sources that produced it (data lineage); nothing is silently overwritten. - Risk feed and analysis: Stratforth provides its own open-source-intelligence (OSINT) risk data feed, which clients can use alongside their own sources, with geopolitical analysis and impact assessments (what an event means for the client's sites, people, routes and suppliers). - Decide: rules watch for a threshold being crossed, a field changing, a location entering a zone, data going missing, a new record appearing, or a pattern repeating. Per rule the client chooses who decides: the rule acts automatically; AI assists (it recommends and a person decides, or it decides and acts within limits the client sets); or the decision is held for a named person to approve (with escalation if nobody answers). Everything is recorded. Each rule is simulated before it is switched on. - Act: tasks, alerts in the app and by email, and updates to other systems by webhook. Changes to records are written as new versions with lineage back to the rule. Every decision and action has an append-only history. - Risk management: weather, geopolitical advisories, incidents, site and supplier ratings and travel on one map, with audits, assets and decisions around it. - Field and traveller safety: a field-operations map shows an organisation's sites, staff, convoys and flights against risk areas (from Stratforth's OSINT feed and the client's own security information). When a serious incident is reported near field staff or business travellers, everyone within a set distance is asked to check in automatically; anyone who does not answer is escalated to the security focal point or duty manager, and the map shows who has confirmed they are safe. The example on the site is an invented aid organisation in the central Sahel, with serious military clashes reported near one of its clinics; its data, names, event and risk areas are illustrative, not an assessment. - Audits and inspections: a finding raises a corrective task and a follow-up inspection. - AI: drafts rules and pipelines from a plain sentence, works as a step inside pipelines, summarises patterns and recommends next steps. A person reviews and switches on what it drafts. - Safety: kill switches per rule and per organisation, and a ceiling on how many actions rules may raise. - Hosting and separation: hosted in the EU. Each client is a separate tenant with its own database, storage and sign-in realm. Administrators sign in with a second factor (passkey or authenticator code). - Not claimed: no security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001), no uptime figure, no on-premise version, no published pricing. - Contact: contact@stratforth.com ## Pages - [Home](https://stratforth.com/): the product on one page: an operations console over a map of north-west Europe, the five steps (combine, shape, see, decide, act), the modules, and how client data is kept apart - [Platform](https://stratforth.com/platform/): the five steps in depth, each with worked examples: ways data arrives, a pipeline step by step, map, dashboard and history, the three ways a rule can end, and the kinds of action - [Use cases](https://stratforth.com/use-cases/): seven short scenarios (signal, rule, decision, action) for risk, field and traveller safety, operations, security, supply chain, compliance and audits, and field teams - [Risk management](https://stratforth.com/use-cases/risk-management/): the flagship use case: weather, advisories, incidents, ratings and travel on one map, Stratforth's own risk feed with analysis and impact, a field-operations map with automated staff and traveller check-ins, and audits, assets and decisions - [Security](https://stratforth.com/security/): tenant separation, EU hosting, sign-in, credential custody, versions, lineage and rule safety - [FAQ](https://stratforth.com/faq/): short answers to common buyer questions - [About](https://stratforth.com/about/): the facts in brief and the principles Stratforth is built on - [Contact](https://stratforth.com/contact/): how to book a demo - [Privacy](https://stratforth.com/privacy/): no cookies, analytics or tracking; what happens to an email sent to us ## Optional - [Full site content](https://stratforth.com/llms-full.txt): every page's text as one Markdown file - [Sitemap](https://stratforth.com/sitemap.xml): all page URLs
